We specialize in “Personal Diet & Exercise Plans” & also have a training studio which is air conditioned and equipped with top of the range Hammer Strength and Life Fitness Exercise Equipment.

At FSH our goal is to ensure that our clients reach their fitness goals and attain optimum health and a higher quality of life. As important to this happening as strength training and cardio-conditioning, is diet. Working together with you, our professional staff will design an individual diet that you can stick to. This is done by blending foods you like from our Food List, with some of your personal favorites to create a diet plan that fits not only your tastes but also your lifestyle. We will also advise you on dietary supplements that will boost your weight loss and fitness needs.

Once your diet is set, our staff will design an exercise program that fits your individual needs. We will teach you how to perform exercises correctly, so you are getting the maximum benefit from that exercise, and we will also show you the best exercises to do to meet your goals.

As an important part of succeeding with your fitness and strength training programs our staff will provide you with information, advice, and progress reports for a 12-week period. Once you have completed the 12-week program we will remain available to you for any additional help, even if it’s just to talk.

One thing that sets us apart from other fitness and exercise facilities is our One-on-One personal training studio. Equipped with the best equipment available today (Hammer Strength and Life Fitness) and your own personal trainer, you are able to avoid those publically awkward first weeks of getting in shape as only you and your trainer will be there. Additionally, the personal instruction will help you specifically target your individual needs.
